  Regularly evaluate student understanding through quizzes, tests, projects, and adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Individualized Support:
  Provide one‑on‑one assistance to students needing extra help.
• Classroom Management:
  Create a positive, orderly environment encouraging student engagement, cooperation, and safety.
• Technology Integration:
