The Neal Management Group is a health care consulting organization specializing in regulatory compliance and education. The NMG is seeking a Clinical Immunology instructor to teach immunology to Medical Laboratory Science professionals remotely. NMG has deployed an online “Medical Laboratory Scientist Certification Preparatory Program” that serves as preparation for individuals seeking to sit for the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) certification exam.
ResponsibilitiesThe instructor will be responsible for delivering high‑quality online instruction covering core immunology principles relevant to clinical laboratory practice. The role includes developing course materials, engaging students in virtual learning activities, and supporting their academic progress. Based on Instructor’s knowledge and subject matter expertise, instructor will develop and deliver a teaching curriculum for the Immunology module to consist of the following:
- PowerPoint content to align with ASCP Board of Registry requirements.
- Course overview and learning objectives.
- Sample assessment questions based on Board of Registry criteria.
- Interactive Activities and our Methodologies.
- Student Pre‑reads and Videos.
- Case Studies and Videos.
- Reference Journals and books.
- PhD in Immunology or related science.
- Background in Clinical Immunology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related discipline.
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills and comfort with online teaching platforms (i.e., Canvas).
