The best way to support a student who reaches 99% is to hold the line and not round up to 100%.

At Alpha, this isn't up for discussion—it's the daily standard. Academics are delivered through self‑guided applications, not traditional instruction. This structure allows you to focus on what genuinely transforms outcomes: facilitating dynamic workshops on public speaking, concentration, and feedback. You'll use live analytics to drive every student toward goal completion. You'll also provide coaching to the Guides who support your work.

Your resources include performance data, a tested operational framework, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You will take ownership of a student cohort and remain accountable for three key results: students are engaged and enthusiastic about school, they progress at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical life competencies. Coaching other Guides begins on day one. As you consistently produce outcomes at scale, your authority to shape program quality campus‑wide will expand.

Atlanta: A culturally vibrant metropolitan area with temperate weather and living costs more favorable than coastal cities.

Fort Worth:
Zero state income tax, highly rated schools, and a family‑oriented city with thriving culinary and arts communities.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating one‑hour live sessions on life competencies (public speaking, focus, feedback delivery and reception) for students in grades K‑8, using Alpha's structured playbook.
  • Conducting motivation‑driven sessions powered by Coachbot analytics and Alpha's incentive framework (campus currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal attainment across students.
  • Providing coaching to Guides on adherence to program standards and fidelity, ensuring each coaching interaction yields concrete next‑step actions.
  • Overseeing your assigned student cohort while simultaneously building the capability of other Guides.
  • Monitoring student engagement scores, goal achievement rates, and Guide effectiveness indicators.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Teaching or providing academic tutoring. All academic content is delivered via applications.
  • Creating lesson plans or curriculum materials. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and student connection.
  • Accepting 99% as equivalent to 100%. Maintaining this boundary demonstrates your belief in their capacity to reach the full standard.
  • Coaching Guides on instructional methods. Since Guides do not deliver traditional instruction, your coaching centers on energy management, motivation tactics, and accountability practices.
