Job LocationThis is an onsite role in Atlanta, GA.
Job Responsibilities- Content management:
Update, edit, and publish new content for the website and other digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. - Website maintenance:
Ensure the website is functional, secure, and up-to-date by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting any technical issues. - User Experience (UX):
Identify and implement ways to improve the website's user experience based on data and user feedback. - Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as marketing, creative teams, and IT, to support content development and digital initiatives. - Performance analysis:
Monitor website traffic and user engagement using analytics tools, and provide reports to inform strategy.
- Technical:
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), specifically Word Press, basic understanding of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics. - Soft skills:
Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and project management skills are essential. - Management:
Experience in website management, content creation, and digital marketing is beneficial. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects. - Education:
A degree in a business‑related field such as communications, web design, or marketing is preferred, but not mandatory.
