Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role as an Academic Director located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Academic Director will oversee curriculum development, manage educational programs, and ensure high teaching standards. The role involves supporting and training educators, monitoring student progress, and guiding academic initiatives aligned with the school's mission.
Qualifications- Experience in Curriculum Development and aligning academic programs with educational goals
- Strong background in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Expertise in leading, training and mentoring educators/teachers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field strongly preferred
- Experience in a similar academic leadership role is an advantage
