As the strategist, catalyst, and coach for our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct – your leadership will determine how Alpha Guides engage with students. You'll develop playbooks, design feedback systems, and demonstrate exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world-class precision
• Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing enriching learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides facilitate student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
• Conducting dull training sessions – you'll coach Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential development

• Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class precision

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
