• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees for both orientation and in-job training
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions
• Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques and tools
• Administer training for designated groups with the ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with designers to develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
• Ensure employees comply with standards and procedures during training sessions
• Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identify sections where reinforcements are needed
• Provide continual on-site support to members of management
• Assist in evaluating training programs
• Conduct periodic operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

• Knowledge of adult learning techniques
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and set goals for productivity
• Creative and problem-solving skills to meet the learning needs of contemporary learners
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners
• Technologically intermediate/advanced skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Good research skills to perform analytical research and find reliable content for learners
• High empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies; willingness to stay up to date with new teaching techniques

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience
• Expert use of computers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with learning management systems

• 25% out-of-state travel may be required
