Overview

Scope of Position Work with the Camp Experience team to develop and deliver the full Win Shape Camps for Communities palette of Production, Theme Development, and Event programming. Collaborate on the creation of transformative, age-relevant, Christ-centered experiences for Campers, Summer Staff, and Hosts who participate in Win Shape Camps for Communities.

Reports to Team Leader, Camp Experience (Production, Theme, and Events)

• Develop the intentional experiences and programming of each WSCC auditorium session.
• Oversee budget, inventory, and procurement of theme and auditorium materials.
• Coordinate and manage all theme-specific media and the creation of all visual content for camp programming in collaboration with the Creative Services team.
• Assist in the development and editing of small and large group curriculum.
• Contribute to and support creation of camp song motions, worship setlist, and other camp music elements.
• Assist in leading and executing the training of Production Directors, Worship Leaders, Stage Hosts, and other production-focused specialty positions.
• Ensure the success of project timelines regarding production and theme elements to meet all deadlines and goals as laid out by the Team Leader.
• Support the planning and execution of all year-round events such as Host Rally, Leadership Weekend, and Staff Training.
• Serve on a Point Team for camp leadership teams in the summer to provide feedback, guidance, and problem-solving and support PTE specialty positions.
• Serve as a member of assigned work or alignment team to effectively collaborate with other full-time staff.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Experience in project management.
• Served at least one year on Summer Staff with Win Shape Camps or another camp ministry is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the following areas is valued for this specific position: innovation, content creation, recreational program planning, vendor relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work within a project management platform.
• Willing to engage in moderate travel (10-20%) throughout the year and heavy travel (40-50%) in the summer.
• Maintain regular office hours at the Win Shape Camps office in Atlanta, GA.
• A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
• Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record.
