• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree required for elementary teaching)
• At least 18 years old
• Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
• Flexible and ready to work during business hours
• Preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
• At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and techniques
• Commitment to the Montessori method
