- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree required for elementary teaching)
- At least 18 years old
- Montessori credentials (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
- Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements
- Flexible and ready to work during business hours
- Preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field
- At least 1 year leading with Montessori philosophy, curriculum, and techniques
- Commitment to the Montessori method
