That demands campus operations that are structured, accountable, and designed to scale. This role is accountable for everything beyond the classroom that enables students and Guides to excel.
In this position, you serve as the operational backbone of the campus. You handle parent and staff correspondence, manage safety and security protocols, maintain facilities and logistical workflows, and ensure technology functions dependably for all users. You respond when systems fail, identify risks before they grow, and introduce organized structure into evolving situations.
This is not a limited support position. It is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to someone who values responsibility, diversity of task, and execution. If you seek a position where your judgment directly influences student safety, staff performance, and parent confidence, this role provides genuine ownership and accountability.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serving as a key contact for parents, students, and staff to maintain prompt, transparent, and professional correspondence
- Leading campus safety functions including entry management, health response, emergency drills, record-keeping, and family communication
- Supervising day-to-day campus logistics including attendance systems, transport coordination, facility upkeep, and administrative operations
- Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new team members to guarantee operational preparedness from their first day
- Administering student devices and campus technology systems, acting as the on-site Google Administrator and technical point of contact

- Delivering classroom instruction or providing academic support
- Mentoring Guides or influencing instructional design
- Functioning in a strictly clerical or tightly defined capacity
- Working within a slow-paced or entirely predictable setting
- Delegating unresolved issues upward rather than driving solutions to completion

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or comparable operational functions
- Proficiency with fundamental technology tasks including device configuration, troubleshooting, and user account management
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities when engaging with parents, staff, and external partners
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities while preserving precision and accuracy
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL;
Piedmont, CA or Palo Alto, CA.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
