Responsibilities- Teach an 8-week intensive course during SLI's summer session, which runs from June 1 to July 24. Classes meet five days a week from 9 am to 2:50 pm.
- Help plan cultural programming for the language program and attend events for the whole institute, such as film and lecture series, workshops, and picnics.
- Team teaching may be required.
- SLI will be conducted in an in-person format on the main campus of the University of Pittsburgh.
- Master's degree in the language they will teach or a related field.
- Experience teaching in a college or university setting using the communicative approach or other proficiency-based methods.
