• Inspiring and guiding students through consistent, one-on-one interaction—no traditional instruction, only impactful peer-style mentorship
• Leveraging adaptive educational technology and AI tools to enable individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small-group sessions centered on personal development, leadership principles, and practical achievement frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Alpha is creating a new paradigm where students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands-on, passion-driven learning that truly prepares them for the real world.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
