Overview
Have you ever questioned why conventional schools confine high-achieving students to lecture-based formats built for the median?
Alpha is creating a different model: learner-driven education that accelerates at the rate of ability, not the rhythm of a standard curriculum. You won't be overseeing 30 chairs or adhering to state-mandated lesson plans. You'll be guiding small cohorts of self-motivated students who seek to accelerate their progress, explore subjects more thoroughly, and take ownership of their learning journey. If your achievements have come through non-traditional routes—competitive arenas, athletic disciplines, startup ventures, or artistic endeavors—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position turns your experience into their competitive edge.
Teaching credentials are not necessary. Exceptional performance is mandatory.
