Education Level Bachelor's Degree Preferred Category Education ## Description The HSB Program Manager assumes responsibility for a variety of programs and special projects under the direction of the Dean of the Hammack School of Business.

* Duties and Responsibilities:
** Managing details of projects and initiatives in coordination with the Dean of the Hammack School. The program manager’s focus will include, but not be limited to, projects supporting student engagement and program development, including events, lectures, case competitions, student business organizations, executive-in-residence programs, and career-focused events. The HSB Program Manager will provide administrative support to the Dean and perform other duties as assigned.##
Required Qualifications -Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.)-Familiar with data gathering into MS Excel and other analytical tools to develop and analyze data in support of projects and initiatives.
-Ability to work with a variety of professionals, including University faculty and staff, with a high degree of professionalism.
-Ability to work with confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
-Ability to manage the details of multiple significant projects, events, and initiatives at once.
-Strong attention to detail.
