Responsibilities- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system at world-class standards
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, you are responsible for upholding that expectation
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system at world-class standards.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related area.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
Las Vegas, NV;
Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $150,000/year, distributed weekly. The payment period is weekly.
