• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and coaching—no traditional lectures, only high‑impact, peer‑style guidance
• Leveraging adaptive learning technologies and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression
• Facilitating small‑group sessions on leadership development, life skills, and practical success frameworks

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top‑tier academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.)
• 3 years of hands‑on experience working with K–8 students in coaching, mentoring, or teaching roles
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Availability to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120 000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
