Teaching Assistant

This is a full-time on-site position located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in facilitating classroom activities, assisting with lesson planning, and providing individual attention to students as needed. Responsibilities include reinforcing learning objectives, assisting in classroom management, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Additional tasks may include preparing educational materials and helping students with specific subjects such as mathematics.

• Proven skills in Assistant Teaching and Working With Children to support classroom activities and individual student needs.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and students.
• Knowledge or background in Education and understanding of teaching principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Mathematics and the ability to assist students in grasping fundamental math concepts.
• Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working in a classroom environment.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
• Associate degree in Education, Child Development, or related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
