Perimeter College is seeking part‑time instructors in AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDIES who will play a key role in educating and supporting students.
Required ExperienceNone Specified.
Required EducationTo qualify to teach AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDIES, applicants MUST have a minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 graduate quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications / ExperienceTeaching experience is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to teach AFRICAN-AMERICAN STUDIES courses on the collegiate level
- Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods
- Ability to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate student learning
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology

Work HoursClasses at Perimeter College are offered morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.
Salary$3,075.00 for each 3‑semester credit hour course taught.
