Job Summary
Legacy Solutions Inc. is seeking reliable, professional, and dedicated Substitute Teachers to support our partner schools throughout the Atlanta Metro area. Substitute Teachers play a vital role in maintaining classroom continuity by delivering instruction, managing classrooms effectively, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment in the absence of full‑time teachers. Responsibilities- Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher or school administration
- Maintain a positive, structured, and respectful learning environment
- Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and lunch/recess (as needed)
- Provide instructional support in core subjects (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies)
- Manage classroom behavior using school‑approved strategies
- Take attendance and document notable incidents or achievements
- Communicate effectively with school staff and administrators
- Ensure student safety at all times
- Support school culture, expectations, and routines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school or Legacy Solutions team
- High School Diploma required;
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred - Experience working with children (schools, camps, churches, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
- Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, flexible, and professional
- Classroom experience (volunteer or paid)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to relate to students from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for education and community impact
- Strong Classroom Management Skills
Monday–Friday

CompensationBase pay range: $15.00/hr – $20.00/hr
Daily rates: $130–$150 per day (depending on school assignment and experience)
