We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The Training Lead will be responsible for mainly supporting the Leading for Success program which focuses on the leader of leaders population. Additionally, this role will assist in managing and engaging Slack communities and support other milestone programs and special projects as they arise.

This role will be responsible for assisting with designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure our leaders and employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes creating training content and materials, manuals, and e-learning modules.

Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements.

Delivery of Training: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually. Ensure that training is accessible and effective for all employees.

Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.

Project Management: Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with practice leads and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development. Continuously seek ways to enhance training programs and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, 2 years in leadership development is a plus.

Skills:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong instructional design skills.
Ability to manage and engage asynchronous communities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and communication tools such as Slack; AI tools are a plus.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.
