Locum Tenens Family Medicine Opportunity Near Atlanta, GA (Job : j-243976) We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician for a locum tenens position near Atlanta, GA.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a team providing essential care to patients in an outpatient setting. The position is available immediately and is expected to continue through the end of the year.

Outpatient Care:
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages. Manage a patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day. Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions.

Schedule:

Coverage is required Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. No inpatient or hospital/surgery center privileges required. No rounding responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Board Certification:
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine. Licensing:
Must hold an active medical license in Georgia. Certifications

Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory. Fellowship:

Not available. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days. Training and Requirements:
Epic Training:
Epic training sessions are scheduled every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Training can only be completed after credentialing and must be finished before the provider can start. Coverage Details:
