Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care/Internist/Family Practice Physician to join our team. We serve a large LGBTQ+ community and have a diverse patient base. The physician will assess patient needs, perform and interpret tests, provide diagnoses, prescriptions, referrals, and manage patient reporting and charting. The role also involves assisting Nurse Practitioners with complex cases. The ideal candidate has clinical office experience, multitasking ability, and excellent bedside manners.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical advice and services, including diagnosing, prescribing medications, and referring to specialists.
• Treat common conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, anxiety, and depression.
• Manage HIV, prescribe PrEP, Doxy PEP, treat STIs, and prescribe HRT as needed.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for all patients.
• Order and analyze tests promptly to inform diagnosis.
• Manage a reasonable patient caseload while maintaining high-quality care.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
• Review additional patient charts and provide medical advice as needed.

Qualifications:

• All necessary licensing and certification to practice medicine within the state.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical School.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care.
