Internship - Interior Design

** TVS is looking for a talented interior design student to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia as part of our internship program.  This person should be able to perform basic assignments as directed in this seasonal, hourly position.
** Responsibilities
* ** Perform a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard interior design techniques for small projects or sections of larger projects
* Develop design layouts and features, which requires researching, compiling and record of information for assigned project work
* Prepare finish boards and presentations
* Engage and contribute to project opportunities as part of a larger project team
* Develop technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, and other 2D and 3D modeling and rendering programs
* Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
* Any other duties as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** Pursuing a degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited college or university
* 0-5 years of relevant experience
* Demonstrated strength in the job duties listed above
* Ability to work in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, and Enscape or other rendering programs is preferred
* Ability to network within the industry
* Knowledge of materials, project design, and introductory knowledge of construction documentation
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner
* Ability to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learn and mentor
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
