UX & Front-End Web Designer

Trevelino/Keller is seeking a UX & Front‑End Web Designer with a strong portfolio and 3–6+ years of web and design experience. This role includes building and maintaining websites (primarily Word Press with the Divi theme), web design, and brand identity work. The ideal candidate brings experience in brand development, Word Press, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

• 3‑6+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of typography, composition, color use, and compliance standards.
• Basic understanding of user‑experience design and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of basic SEO practices.
• Experience building and maintaining sites in Word Press (particularly the Divi theme) with a focus on desktop and mobile responsiveness; knowledge of Elementor and WPBakery is helpful but not required.
• Experience setting up web hosting and migrating/taking websites live (especially with WP Engine).
• Knowledge and experience with ADA compliance and web accessibility best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS coding.
• Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Hub Spot, Mailchimp, and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience designing and prototyping in Figma using components, variables, and auto‑layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC programs, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; additional skills in InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects are helpful.
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, and other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience with SVG animation tools like Jitter or Lottie for optimized web‑based animations.
• Understanding of responsive sizing standards and image optimization for web.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work with tight deadlines while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and team spirit.
