Production Coordinator

Unity Works Talent is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our client. In this role, you will be an essential part of both live studio coverage and non-live production shoots. You will oversee budget tracking, hiring, and the payment process for CSSU productions while serving as on-site logistical support for studio shows.

• Serve as the on-site production management representative for TNT Sports Studio Shows.
• Hire freelance and vendor support for CSSU productions including rate negotiation, onboarding, and tracking.
• Manage payments for support staff on non-live productions (experience with Ariba, Media Pulse, Apex, and Beeline is a plus).
• Oversee real-time budget tracking and ensure financial accuracy across productions.
• Provide production resource support to Associate Production Managers and collaborate closely with production and executive leadership.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to improve production processes and efficiency.

• 12 years of experience in non-live television or studio production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar payment systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
