About the role

The Content Steward is responsible for managing brand engagement, asset ingest, and quality assurance within the Orange Logic Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role serves as a primary point of contact for Brand Leads and agency partners, ensuring assets are uploaded accurately, published on time, and aligned with established Ways of Working (WoW).

The Content Steward plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, strengthening brand trust, and ensuring platform governance across assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement (44%)
  • Own and lead the majority of brand engagement, acting as a trusted partner to Brand Leads and key stakeholders; elevate to the DAM Lead (Joi) when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for Brand Leads and their agency partners.
  • Manage and respond to brand and agency inquiries related to work submissions and throughout the QA process, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Engage in discussions with Brand teams regarding WoW changes to ensure alignment and clarity when applicable.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for Brand Team queries, escalating as needed.
  • Set, manage, and reinforce brand expectations by balancing operational realities with a high standard of service excellence.
Asset Upload & Quality Assurance (44%)
  • Stay current with asset upload rules, standards, and guidelines.
  • Own the end‑to‑end QA and asset ingest process for assigned brands.
  • Review Prestige inbox and work request submissions for assigned brands.
  • Create and manage work request cards in
  • Conduct comprehensive QA of assets within Orange Logic, validating:
  • File integrity
  • Taxonomy alignment
  • Brand compliance
  • Apply thumbnails and supporting asset enhancements as needed to ensure optimal platform presentation and usability.
  • Generate share links and deliver finalized assets to Brand and Agency stakeholders.
  • Update  cards with relevant details and mark requests as complete.
  • Effectively manage workload to operate within an 8‑hour workday.
  • Proactively elevate to the Manager when work consistently exceeds standard working hours or when workload becomes unsustainable.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date SharePoint pages for assigned brands, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
Training Programs (1%)
  • Participate in internal training sessions twice per year.
  • Support the implementation of solutions as needed.
  • Contribute to ad hoc initiatives that impact or improve overall Ways of Working.
  • Track time accurately using Rocket.
  • Provide reporting data as part of the QA process to support analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in  to enable the DAM Lead to pull data for client reporting.
