We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join a collaborative studio recognized for higher education and healthcare design. The practice is dedicated to creating exceptional environments that improve learning, wellness, and patient experiences. You’ll be part of design teams working across project phases - from conceptual design through construction documentation and coordination - on meaningful institutional work that serves communities and shapes how people live, learn, and heal.
In this role, you will support project development with thoughtful design thinking, strong technical skills, and effective coordination across consultants and project teams. Responsibilities include producing design graphics, 3D modeling, construction documents, and assisting with client and stakeholder presentations. You’ll be joining a studio that values collaboration, clear communication, and integrated design processes, with mentorship opportunities from experienced architects and exposure to complex institutional projects.
KeyQualifications
- 2–5 years of architectural design experience (higher education, healthcare experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design sensibility and technical aptitude
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
