We’re scouting for:

Creative Talent – an excellent design sense, outstanding manual and digital graphic skills, and the ability to develop and compose compelling presentations.

Client Focus – an understanding that building relationships with clients and serving their needs defines how we work as designers & architects.

Team Focused – management skills based on team interaction, scheduling and mentoring.

Technical Foundation – experience with code research, specifications, interior detailing, document organization and quality review, and construction administration.

Organization / Attention to Detail – organization and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to execute design ideas with clear and complete details, and to ensure the fidelity of the design during construction.

Communication – a communicator and team player that is able to comfortably interact with clients, consultants and contractors.

NCIDQ certificate holder or registered architect.

A minimum of eight+ years of practical professional experience.

CCCA supports a hybrid work schedule, which includes both remote and in-office days.
