Senior Project Architect – Diverse Portfolio Opportunity
At Jacobs, we challenge what is currently accepted so we can shape innovative, lasting solutions in Architecture. As a Project Architect you’ll research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients in a variety of industries including data center, commercial, and advanced manufacturing. You’ll apply architectural design knowledge, work on zoning, building codes, and building systems, and mentor other professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll deliver excellence in all project phases—from planning through construction administration and close‑out—maintaining firm‑wide quality standards while working closely with technical leadership and engineering discipline leads to understand design intent and goals for successful implementation of various building design projects.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- 15+ years of professional architectural experience
- Professional Architectural License and the ability to be licensed in multiple states
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe suite
- Extensive experience with building codes and other regulations
- Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules
- Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams
- Ability to travel to project sites in the US
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Experience designing advanced facilities such as data centers or life science facilities
- Participation in professional organizations
- LEED AP credentials

Base Salary Range: $ – $ per year. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
