• Design and building plan layout for complex multi‑family and mixed‑use projects.
• Translate project programmatic, building code, and zoning requirements into efficient project designs and layouts.
• Correspond with owners to ensure critical project requirements are addressed in the designs.
• Research zoning requirements for project sites and implement them within final designs.
• Contribute to the development of the design from initial concept to construction administration, ensuring consistent design intent and proper execution.
• Coordinate and collaborate with design leadership regarding project deliverables and schedules.

• Good understanding of building codes, architectural building systems, and zoning.
• Ability to multitask.
• Detail‑oriented and flexible while working on multiple projects.
• Excellent time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow‑through ability with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Lumion, or similar applications is a plus.
• More than 5 years of design experience in multi‑family and mixed‑use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑ or five‑year accredited college or university.
