** Customer Service Representative (CSR)
** to join our growing team in
** Atlanta, GA!
** The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the clerical and administrative process of the Broker’s book of business for both renewals and new business.
** How You Will Contribute:*
* * Develop a full working knowledge of Commercial Lines procedures.
* Handle client request for information, endorsements cancellations, and other services as required.
* Assist in analyzing insurance exposures and account summaries.
* Review policies, endorsements, audits, dividends, and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness.
* Preparation of binders, certificates, automobile identification cards, invoices, and similar items. Assist in resolving unbilled items, account differences and commission differences when necessary.
* Keep Commercial Lines Service Manager informed of any serviced problems.
* Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency. Follow procedures as established in the Commercial Lines Procedure Manual.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Certifications:

* * An active state insurance license.
** Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* One (1) or more years of successful insurance experience. (preferred)
