Immediate need for a talented Spanish Speaking CSR
. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
- Assist residents, applicants, and prospects with inquiries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures
- Navigate multiple queues and service categories effectively
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Document interactions accurately in the system
- Flexible availability to work shifts between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (two shift schedules)
