Duration: 12-Month Contract with Possible Extension Job Description Responsibilities
- Answer telephone call inquiries.
- Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain support for the Flight Attendant Virtual Support Center.
- Issue loaner devices (to avoid departure delays), troubleshoot operating system and application issues, track and document device compliance and provide in-the-moment support from a myriad of categories – to our 22K flight attendants.
