Job DescriptionA client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Customer Care Specialist
. Position type:
Full-time, Contract. Duration: 6 months with possible extension.
Location:
Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Two weeks of onsite training and convenient onsite parking.

What You’ll Be Doing- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting them through phone, email, and lab‑related service inquiries.
- Manage transactions, order requests, and communications with accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform light data entry to support daily operational needs.
- Follow established processes while learning the ins and outs of our workflow across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, medical, and pharmaceutical.
- A high school diploma is preferred; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Clear, confident communication both verbal and written.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to follow instructions and thrive under direct supervision.
- A general understanding of standard industry practices and procedures.

Pay Range and BenefitsPay Range*: $18.00 – $20.13 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
