Overview
Now hiring a Risk Management Specialist to support credit, collections, and claims while partnering closely with customers and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), enjoys problem-solving, and brings an outgoing, collaborative approach to their work.
What you ll do- Communicate with customers and internal teams on credit, collections, and claims
- Negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts
- Process customer product claims
- Support daily Credit & Risk operations and audits
- 1–2 years of experience in credit, collections, claims, or related field
- Strong communicator and problem solver
- Team-oriented, approachable, and professional
- Fully bilingual in English & Spanish
