Description
Our family owned company is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our team full time. Seeking a full time front desk individual who is personable, enthusiastic, reliable and organized. You are the smiling face that people see when coming in to the office and the friendly voice they hear over the phone.
Responsibilities include:
Check In/Check Out Customers, Manage Phone Calls, Schedule Appointments, Return Phone/Mail Messages promptly, Process Payments. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily office operation. Hours are M-F 8:30-5:00. Pay based on experience with an opportunity to grow. Paid Holidays, PTO, and Paid Vacation.
Must be fun/friendly, personable, reliable and provide good customer service. Requirements for position include:
Strong communication and customer service skills. Be comfortable with handling phone calls, addressing customer concerns, and payment processing.
