Onsite Professional Position

This is an assistant-level, on-site opportunity, working directly with the client alongside other GCG professionals. The client is seeking meeting professionals who are proficient with iPad technology and have experience using on-site registration systems and mobile apps. The client is requesting professionals who deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a high level of professionalism, and have a friendly, outgoing demeanor. This is a high-end meeting with prominent attendees, and professionalism is essential at all times.

Please note, this role requires standing for extended periods of time throughout the event.

• Date and Time: 3/13/26, Friday 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Venue: Westin Buckhead Atlanta Hotel, 3391 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30326

• Attire
  Client requests that you wear Business Attire. – no jeans or leggings, small, discreet piercings like nose studs or small earrings are acceptable. Multiple or large facial piercings (e.g., eyebrow, lip, tongue) are not permitted. No visible tattoos permitted.

• There are no pre-meeting expectations required.

• Client requests that you greet attendees, pass out badges, handing out meeting giveaways and directional support.

• There are no post-event expectations required.
