Customer Service Representative

Atlanta, GA (Onsite- 4 days a week)

Interview
:
In person or virtual AOC
- Assist Customer service analyst in processing weekly orders.
- Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels, expedite requests, and work with warehouse to ensure orders ship on time.
- Must be able to call the customer warehouse staff externally to collect inventory.
- The type of orders are coffee-based orders.
- Customer service exp (3-5 years)
- No travel
