Description
Individuals will take 60–65 tier 1 calls per day post‑training. Calls may include basic loan payment questions, ordering a debit card, password reset, and other routine inquiries.
TrainingTraining lasts at least two weeks and includes classroom sessions, nesting, and shadowing. After training, the employee works onsite on the floor with daily supervision by a team lead.

- Pay range: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
