Fred Loya Insurance Agency is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to work in the office. The role involves providing professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, answering policy questions, accepting payments, processing transactions, and identifying potential customer needs.

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
• Answer questions regarding customers’ policies.
• Accept payments and process transactions.
• Identify potential policy needs for customers.
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Conduct FNOL vehicle inspections and take vehicle photos as required.
• Perform bank run deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Computer‑literate from basic to intermediate skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills; assertive and able to provide a first‑rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.

• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
