Customer Care Engineer

Overview

Location: Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Duration: 12-month contract (potential extension)

Pay Rate: $60–$70/hr

We're hiring a Customer Care Engineer to support the systems and integrations that drive customer service, case management, and project delivery. This role will work across multiple platforms, including Salesforce Service Cloud
, Smartsheet
, Net Suite Projects
, and Genesis
, to ensure a seamless customer and agent experience.

• Provide technical and functional support for Service Cloud
  , Smartsheet
  , Net Suite Projects
  , and Genesis
  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth data flow between customer care and billing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system and integration issues impacting customer support operations.
• Configure dashboards, workflows, and automations to improve customer service delivery.
• Partner with IT and operations to prioritize and resolve escalations quickly.

• 4+ years of experience supporting customer care applications (Service Cloud, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Understanding of integrated environments with shared data and automation flows.
• Experience with Net Suite Projects and billing integration a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must be proactive, highly engaged, and responsive.
