Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is looking for an Entry Level Customer Training Specialist – Traveling to help our customers make a smooth conversion to our system and provide training and support throughout the process.

• Travel approximately 80% of the time, both individually and with a team installing and converting our software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand their needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel on how to use the solution.
• Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups from home when not on site.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time.
• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years, and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
