- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - 1 to 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A customer‑centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
