Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong, modern portfolio that reflects high standards, sophistication, and creative excellence. The ideal candidate's work should be visually polished-on par with global brands like Nike and Google-and avoid dated, cheesy, or low-quality design. This person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative without the need for hand-holding, and will proactively contribute smart, thoughtful ideas to the team.

Responsibilities:

· Create visually compelling digital and print designs that align with leading industry standards.

· Design and produce marketing collateral including event booths, two-sided cards, poster boards, and other print materials.

· Maintain a cutting-edge, sophisticated design aesthetic across all projects.

· Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and execute strategic visual solutions.

· Present new ideas and creative approaches, contributing to brainstorming sessions and project pitches.

· Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all deliverables.

· Manage multiple projects with strong time management and attention to detail.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Modern and polished design portfolio; examples should demonstrate sophistication, strategic thinking, and a contemporary visual approach.

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.

· Experience in both digital and print design.

· Strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills; can independently drive projects from concept to completion.

· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
