Video Editor

We’re partnering with a leading advertising company to find a talented Video Editor to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is suited for experienced creative professionals with a passion for producing innovative video content. This contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement, and can be worked from one of their offices in Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Chicago, Dallas, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, or Tysons Corner.

• Lead the editing and production of high-quality videos tailored to internal client projects
• Consult with clients to understand their vision, target audience, and message, translating these into compelling visual content.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Oversee complex edits involving effects, animations, audio, and color grading to enhance overall video quality.
• Collaborate with team members on media integration, voice-over production, and podcast editing, ensuring seamless execution across all formats.

• Demonstrated expertise with a creative portfolio showcasing advanced editing abilities, conceptual thinking, and design diversity.
• At least five years of editing experience creating marketing and communication videos for internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop and Workfront.
• Experience with text-to-video AI tools, preferably Adobe Firefly, and strong knowledge of post-production workflows.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, estimate time, and track budgets effectively.
• Familiarity with video formats, compression techniques, and copyright regulations.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
