This is a full-time Contributing Writer role located on-site in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Contributing Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and insightful content related to financial, economic, and political topics. Daily tasks include conducting research, writing articles, editing drafts, and collaborating with the editorial team to finalize compelling stories. The Contributing Writer will also analyze market trends, provide detailed information for investors, and contribute to the ongoing publication of news and reports.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills in topics relating to finance, economics, and politics
• Proficiency in research methodology and the ability to analyze and interpret market trends
• Editing and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality and error-free content
• Experience with digital publishing platforms and understanding of SEO best practices
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic newsroom environment
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to factual accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in media, financial reporting, or political analysis is a plus
