Audacy Atlanta is searching for talent to fill new part‑time Board Operator positions supporting local stations WVEE, WAOK, WSTR, and WZGC. This is an evergreen posting; we continually look for exceptional talent for future opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Run the broadcast board, inclusive of digital editing, recording, and maintaining network feeds.
- Protect the company’s FCC license.
- Perform light production work as required.
- Other duties as required by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with station format (required).
- Familiarity with FCC rules and regulations (preferred).
- Ability to perform with little supervision (required).
- High school diploma required; college degree in media‑related major preferred.
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, sit, use hands and/or fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk frequently. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must manipulate knobs, levers, and push buttons.
