Role Description

This part-time, on-site Events Intern role is based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Events Intern will assist with planning and executing events by coordinating logistics, supporting event marketing efforts, building professional relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, engaging with participants, handling event setup, and providing excellent customer service during events.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build relationships and resolve inquiries effectively
• Experience or interest in Event Planning and Event Marketing
• Proficiency in Sales or working alongside sales teams is a plus
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Enthusiasm for event coordination and creating exceptional experiences
