Description

The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy across all projects, ensuring exceptional design and execution of brand experiences in physical space. This role blends creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on design direction to elevate client work and push creative boundaries. The ideal candidate is a visionary who thrives in multidisciplinary collaboration, understands the exhibit firm’s role within the multichannel marketing mix and how to bring brands to life through spatial storytelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the creative team across all phases of design: concepting, development, presentation, and execution.
  • Translate brand strategy and client objectives into compelling 3D environments and experiential concepts.
  • Oversee the development of design solutions for trade show exhibits, branded environments, experiential events, and pop‑ups.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and feasibility.
  • Maintain design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Present concepts to clients with confidence and clarity, telling the story behind the creative.
  • Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback and support that fosters growth.
  • Stay ahead of trends in spatial design, technology, materials, and cultural moments to keep our work fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in exhibit design, environmental design, experiential marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and high‑quality execution of branded physical experiences.
  • Deep understanding of spatial design, materials, fabrication processes, and event production.
  • Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills—visual, verbal, and written.
  • Proficiency in relevant design tools:
    Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Rhino, Cinema 4D, etc.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for brand and audience experience.
