This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Superintendent, located in Atlanta, GA. The Superintendent will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Managing and coordinating subcontractors
- Maintaining schedules
- Supervising site safety
- Monitoring quality standards
- Collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and achieve project goals
- Extensive knowledge in construction management, project supervision, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in team leadership, contractor coordination, and managing on‑site operations
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with construction software and tools to track timelines, budgets, and project milestones
- Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and construction safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in ground‑up construction and managing large‑scale commercial and residential projects
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to the evolving needs of active construction projects
