Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other key project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to help maintain the schedule and resolve field issues.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress, assist with quality control, and ensure jobsite safety.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and support communication between all stakeholders.
• Help with procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous construction-related experience required, with a strong preference for field-based experience (internship, co-op, or part-time work on a jobsite)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and basic schedules
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear, professional communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn
